MUIDS Battle of the Bands 2024
On February 23rd, 2024, the Mahidol University International Demonstration School hosted the annual Battle of the Bands 2024 at the esteemed Prince Mahidol Hall at Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
Prior to the concert day, students from Grade 10 – Grade 12 participated in audition rounds, from which four bands were selected for the final round of competition.
We were honored to have the presence of the MUIDS Board of Directors, Parent Auxiliary, and Judges Mr. Chairat Pornamnuay, Mr. Taron Liptapallop (Tan Lipta), and Phrimaphaa Khornrojjanachawin (Nok KPN) who attended and witnessed our students’ performances in the concert hall.
In addition to the student performances, the event featured guest artists Sunday Evening – last year’s Battle of the Bands winner, GABE WATKINS and MUSKETEERS, providing an unforgettable musical experience.
We’d like to extend our congratulations to all participating bands and winters who showcased their talent from the audition stage onwards.
The results of the competition are as follows:
First place: UMAMI
Second place: INTERLUDE18
Third place: PIG TURN
Fourth place: POSTPONED
