Skills for Leadership and Management Students at Junior Achievement Thailand Competition
Students in the Skills for Leadership and Management class are currently working on their final project, which will be the operation of their own businesses. Starting with employee selection for five business departments (finance, marketing, production, human resources, and public relations), building stock sales to earn capitalization, marketing planning, manufacturing, and selling. The entire class has been working together as real business.
The project is being carried out in collaboration with the Junior Achievement Thailand, as the students are competing for the “Junior Achievement Company of the Year” (COY) award.
On February 11th, 2023, the students attended the Trade Fair at True Digital Park to showcase their projects, and the judges visited each booth for inquiries and judging. The next round of competition will be based on business pitching, with the final JA Asia Pacific Company of the Year competition taking place abroad in the coming months.
