MUIDS Students’ Robotics Excellence Featured at the Mahidol AI Day 2024

 

On September 21st, 2024, the Institute of Technology and Innovation Management (iNT) organized the Mahidol AI Day at the MaSHARES @MB Building, an event dedicated to advancing AI innovation and establishing Mahidol University as a leader in AI research and development.

 

The event was graced by the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yodchanan Wongsawat, Acting Vice President for Research at Mahidol University, Associate Professor Dr. Singhanat Nomnian, Director of Mahidol University International Demonstration School, and Ms. Rungkaew Phumpho, Deputy Director for Academic and Student Affairs at MUIDS.

 

A special highlight was the presence of MUIDS Grade 11 students, Wirin Chinthammit and Peeraphat Pinijpanich, who recently won first place at the World Robot League 2024 from China. Alongside their project advisor, Mr. Tim Girard, Head of Information Technology, they showcased their award-winning robotic creations, which highlighted the innovation and technological excellence that reflects the school’s collaborative spirit and future vision in technologies.
