MUIDS Educators Engage in Training on Danielson Framework

On October 27th, 2024, MUIDS teachers, teaching assistants, and lab technicians participated in a comprehensive training session on the Danielson Framework. The morning session introduced foundational aspects of the framework, focusing on transparency and understanding in teacher evaluations. In the afternoon, our team took part in interactive workshops, practicing how to effectively implement the Danielson Framework for teacher observations. This collaborative day emphasized growth, reflection, and ongoing professional development.
