December 9, 2024 – Associate Professor Dr. Singhanat Nomnian, Director of MUIDS, participated in a vibrant, health-oriented event, “Mahidol Bicycle Campus With Anywheel.” 
The activity commenced at the Mahidol Learning Center, Mahidol University, under the leadership of the President of Mahidol University. Joining the event were Mr. Ruijie Seet, General Manager of Anywheel Singapore, Mahidol University executives, and administrators from various departments.
The “Mahidol Bicycle Campus With Anywheel” event was organized by the Division of Physical Systems and Environment, Mahidol University, to promote bicycle commuting within the university campus. It aims to facilitate short-distance travel, connecting with surrounding transportation systems, while fostering long-term health benefits for staff and students at Mahidol University Salaya.
This initiative aligns with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals and Mahidol University’s key policy under Strategic Area 4: Management Innovation for Sustainability—working toward net-zero greenhouse gas emissions.
On this occasion, the President, university executives, students, and staff participated in a 2.5-kilometer bicycle ride around the Mahidol University Salaya campus.
