On June 24, 2025, Mahidol University International Demonstration School (MUIDS) held its Annual Curriculum Development Committee Meeting for the 2025 academic year at the 4th Floor Seminar Room. The meeting was chaired by Professor Dr. Naeti Suksomboon, Vice President for Education, and was attended by Professor Dr. Apichat Asavamongkolkul, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Siriraj Hospital; Professor Dr. Punchada Sirivunnabood, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities; Associate Professor Dr. Thanapat Wanichanon, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering; Associate Professor Dr. Prasit Suwannalert, Dean of the Faculty of Science; and Associate Professor Dr. Somsak Mitrirattanakul, Deputy Dean for Undergraduate Education. A representative from the Faculty of Dentistry also joined the meeting online.

Also present at the meeting were Associate Professor Dr. Singhanat Nomnian, Director of MUIDS; Ms. Rungkaew Phumpho, Deputy Director for Academic & Student Affairs; Assistant Professor Dr. Kunakorn Poochinda, Assistant to the Director for Academic Affairs; and Ms. Porntida Visaetsilapanonta, Head of the Department of Education, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. Two academic advisors also participated: Associate Professor Dr. Ekarin Sangthong, Prince of Songkla University (online) and Assistant Professor Dr. Kittitouch Soontornwipast, Thammasat University (onsite).

The meeting aimed to exchange recommendations on curriculum structure, teaching and learning approaches, academic and research achievements of students and staff, teacher development, internal and external quality assessments, the implementation of the Foundation Course, and the introduction of the Arizona State University Preparation Global (ASUPG) program. It also focused on strengthening collaboration with various faculties to enhance curriculum quality and elevate students’ learning experiences to an international level.
