Food Science Field Trip to the Food Research and Development Center

Our Food Science elective students recently visited the Food Research and Development Center, where they explored how food is developed, processed, and improved through innovation.

 

During their tour of kitchen laboratories and pilot plant facilities, students gained valuable insights into food product development and the technologies driving sustainable nutrition.
