A Colourful Experiment: Diffusion and Osmosis

Our Grade 10 students explored the fascinating world of molecular movement through a Diffusion and Osmosis Lab!
By placing starch-filled tubes inside a beaker of iodine solution, the students observed the colour change, clearly showing that diffusion had taken place.

This experiment served as a real-world analogy for diffusion and osmosis, helping students visualize how molecules move across membranes. Through careful observation and analysis, they gained a deeper understanding of this essential biological process.
With hands-on learning and clear results, students were able to truly grasp these critical concepts and connect theory to reality!
