Battle of the Bands 2025: A Celebration of Music & MUIDS Folk Song Club’s 10th Year! 
On March 7th, 2025, MUIDS hosted Battle of the Bands 2025, and this year’s event was extra special as we celebrated 10 years of the MUIDS Folk Song Club! 
The night kicked off with an incredible performance by NEARBYCHAIR, the Battle of the Bands All-Stars winner, setting the stage before our four finalist bands took over. To mark this milestone, we also welcomed back Folk Song Club alumni for a heartfelt 10th-anniversary performance.Leading up to the finals, students from Grade 10 – 12 competed in audition rounds, with four bands earning their spot in the finale. Their performances were judged by esteemed panels:
