Arts
Students create a wide variety of works in the school’s arts programs including drawings, paintings, prints, sculptures, videos, found-soundscapes and original music compositions. They have opportunities to showcase their art to a wide variety of audiences.
All arts programs and courses develop critical and higher-level thinking skills as well as the ability to communicate and engage with a wide variety of audiences.
Athletics
MUIDS is a founding member of the Asia International Schools Athletics Association (AISAA). Students compete with other international schools in a supportive environment where values such as respect, good sportsmanship, and fair play are championed.
Within their classes students are taught a variety of sports and are frequently assessed on their personal fitness level. Their athletic ability not only grows, but also their capacity to push themselves beyond their perceived limits.

Clubs
By joining and participating in MUIDS’ clubs, students can build a well-rounded personality, and develop leadership skills.
The school offers an extensive student activities program. Each club allows students to apply skills they’ve learned in the classroom as well as develop “soft skills” such as collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity. Students are encouraged to create and administer their own clubs. Teachers act as mentors.
